Today’s the New York Primary. It could be a huge moment in the presidential campaigns because of the large number of delegates at stake.
Wait! Don’t go. I’m not really going to talk about politics.
I just wanted to say what a huge deal it is that my husband — the political junkie extraordinaire — has agreed to make tonight a date night. He’s meeting me for dinner and then we’re going to hear my sister sing the Brahms’ Requiem. (Okay, yes, other people will be singing at the same time that she is, but honestly we’d probably be home if she wasn’t one of them — even though I’m super excited to hear both friends and colleagues who are performing as well.)
But I digress.
My point is that it means a lot to me that Larry is taking time away from the political pundits to spend time with me, and I wanted to go on record saying I appreciate it.
