I’m sitting within a stone’s throw of my optimetrist’s office listening to an outdoor concert, having just returned from touring a new Coca-Cola Museum on Main Streer in Cedartown. Vision seems an appropriate topic for the evening.
There just aren’t enough good words to describe what’s been accomplished at the museum. It’s such a great asset for our town, which really needed some people to believe in it.
Which brings me back to the concert. There are about 100 people gathered, I’d guesstimate, in what was once a little rock garden and a street. I appreciate the vision someone had to transform it into a gathering spot.
My vision is just to enjoy the rest of the evening, but let’s dream of how to make our little corner of the world better and appreciate the folks who’ve already done so.
