I’m almost afraid to say anything for fears that I might ruin things for us, but Larry and I have nothing to do today.
Sure, there’s a to-do list that’s a mile or two long and we can FIND plenty to do, but there’s no set time to be somewhere before tomorrow, no one expecting us to do this or that.
I am thrilled by this fact.
This has been a busy fall, and now that November is here, it’s nice to have a moment to catch our breath before the holidays set in.
Today though I want to be mindful of the gift of this day and encourage you to do the same. Even our busiest and most difficult days are a gift. Enjoy them. And enjoy the respite of less-scheduled days. Breathe in the finally cooler air (unless you’re allergic to it like me) and have a great fall Saturday. We even get to enjoy an extra hour on this one!
